VivaCity Labs - Database Maintenance Window – Maintenance details

We will be performing a major database upgrade over Christmas and New Year to improve the long-term performance, resilience, and scalability of our platform.

These dates reflect the minimum time required to complete each stage of the migration, which have been scheduled over weekends during the holiday period to reduce the impact on day-to-day operations for our customers. The sensors themselves will continue to operate and collect data, with data being inserted into the database after the downtime period.

If your team anticipates needing access to the Dashboard or API during these periods, please let us know so we can support you where possible. Thank you for your understanding as we perform the upgrade.
